Program – Draughn High School – Chartwell’s

Our meeting was held at Draughn High School auditorium and the program was from Susan Coleman, DHS Foods Classes teacher along with a chef from Chartwell’s, the food service company that provides BCPS meals. Lunch was prepared by the DHS Foods Classes and followed the myplate.gov standard that was part of the program. The chef discussed the nutritional requirements in place by the USDA.
