The first Friday of each month, the Rotary Club of Valdese meets with the seniors of Hallyburton Academy. Rotarians interact with the students during breakfast and then a program is presented about job opportunities, interviewing, professional skills, etc.
This month, Valdese Town Manager Seth Eckard discussed the careers available in the Town of Valdese – from public works to tourism to accounting.
Rotarians Ted, Jim, Bruce, Seth and Beth were in attendance.
